At the moment, we ship to Canada and the US only.
The shipping fee is 20$ flat rate, tracking is included.
Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to making sure every customer is happy with their unique purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us via arthut.ca@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide the order number along with your name and phone number for the fastest service.
To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials along with the purchased item. If eligible for a return, please re-pack the item in its original packaging, or similar one for safe transport. The return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
