Description
It is a tree burl (hard wood, probably maple), painted with acrylic and coated with varnish. It is sitting on a cast iron small wheel barrow (excluded but can be purchased separately ($10).
I named it metamorphosis for both the wood and the butterfly. The length of the caterpillar is about 11 inches, height is 3 to 4 inches.
